"Showed up sooner than expected"
I ordered from Benjart and thought I’d be waiting a bit longer, but it arrived fast. The tracking did the job for the most part, even if the timing wasn’t spot on. Still, when something turns up earlier than you had in mind, it’s hard to complain

I ordered a hoodie from benjart.com and ngl, it looked really nice when it arrived. The fit was solid too. But after a couple washes, the material started feeling a bit thinner than I expected, and I noticed some loose threads in the stitching. It’s not awful or anything, I still wear it, but for the price I kinda thought the quality would be a little better tbh.

"Pretty helpful customer service"
I had a question about my order and customer service was easy to get in touch with. They answered fairly quickly, were friendly, and sorted it out without making it a big deal. It made the whole thing feel a lot less stressful, so I’m happy with the experience.

"Looks nice, but a little pricey"
I do like the way the clothes look, but the price feels a bit high for what you actually get. The quality is fine, nothing terrible, but you kind of expect a little more for the money

"I really love the clean, simple style"
I’m so happy with the look of these designs. They feel clean, simple, and easy to understand without being boring. It’s just such a nice, calming style that makes everything feel put together.

"I had to send back a hoodie..."
I had to send back a hoodie, mostly because the fit just wasn’t doing it for me, not a huge drama or anything. The return process was straightforward, which I appreciated because I was expecting it to be more annoying. Support was fine too; not overly chatty, but they got the job done. The refund did take a few days, and I kept randomly checking my account like, “Did it happen yet?” but it came through in the end. Overall, easy return experience.

"Runs a Little Small"
It looks decent, which is more than I expected, but the medium fit tighter than I thought it would. I probably should’ve sized up.
